How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. Anything ordered before 2pm is picked and dispatched the same day, so the clock starts that afternoon.
Can I get it next day?
Yes. Next-day delivery is offered at checkout on orders placed before 2pm on a working day.
How much is delivery?
Free on every order over $75. Below that, standard delivery is a flat $6, whatever the size of the order.
Returns
Sixty days to change your mind, with the label paid for.
Window — 60 days from delivery

How long do I have to return something?
Sixty days from the day it arrives. The window is on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them.
Can I return something I have trained in?
Yes. Wear it, train in it, wash it once if you need to be sure. We accept it back as long as it is not visibly worn out.
How do I start a return?
Open your order confirmation email and follow the returns link. A prepaid label comes with it, so there is nothing to pay and no form to print.
When do I get my money back?
The refund goes back to the original payment method as soon as the parcel is checked in, usually within five working days of it reaching us.

How does the regular fit run?
True to size. Take the size the chart gives you for your chest measurement.
What about oversized pieces?
They are cut a full size roomier on purpose, with a dropped shoulder and a longer body. Take your usual size for the intended fit, or one down for something closer.
I am between two sizes
In fitted styles, size up. In regular and oversized styles, take the smaller size unless you want more room through the chest.

A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves.

Where is my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. It updates as the carrier scans the parcel, from the warehouse to your door.
Do I need an account to track it?
No. The link works on its own from the email, whether you checked out as a guest or signed in.
My tracking has not moved
Carriers sometimes skip a scan between depots. If nothing has changed for two working days, email us with your order number and we chase it for you.
Payment
Nothing is charged until your order is picked.

Which payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal and Apple Pay at checkout.
When am I charged?
When your order is picked in the warehouse, not when you place it. If something is out of stock, you are never charged for it.
Are there any extra fees?
No. The amount at checkout is the amount that leaves your account: no handling fee and no currency surprise.
